10-Star Meatloaf

1 pound ground chuck

1 pound ground pork

1 pound sausage

1 cups chopped yellow onions

1 cups chopped green peppers

1 teaspoon thyme

2 teaspoons light seasoned salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

½ cup almond milk or Coffee Rich

1 tablespoon tomato paste

1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs

2 large eggs, beaten

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.

Scoop the mixture loosely into a pan.  I have a pan set specially made for meat loaf.  It’s a loaf shaped pan with holes in it that fits inside another loaf pan.  Grease drips through the holes in the inside pan, making the meat loaf less greasy.  If you ever find one of these pans, I recommend you purchase it.

Bake for 60 to 75 minutes.

While the meat loaf is cooking, stir up:

4 Tablespoons brown sugar

3 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

½ cup catsup

Pour over your meat loaf about 20 minutes before you take it out of the oven.

You might want to use a cooking thermometer to ensure the meatloaf is properly cooked.
